Would you really get a classic Yamaha ATV and then fill it up with a bunch of cheap Chinese knock off parts? That's what a lot of people do when they want to save a few bucks. But here is the question I have for them. Are these people really Yamaha ATV parts enthusiasts? Or are they just looking to save a few bucks. That is something you have to figure out when you fix up your Yamaha. Right now there are 47,000 pages dedicated to cheap Chinese knock off parts on the web. This is not a good thing.
This has a lot of people complaining. I had an experience where I was asking a lot of questions about Kawasaki ATV and OEM parts online. My email was snatched up by a Chinese knock off parts company and then things got really interesting. I was asked to smuggle in Chinese knock off parts into America and to start selling them. Believe it or not I was getting a lot of small knock off parts companies writing me every other week. As hard as it is to hear this is true. Now as an American ATV fanatic I want to support my brand and my vehicle that I worked so hard for.
On a more serious level I wonder how many accidents have resulted from buying cheap knock off parts? I typed this into Google to see what I would come up with and low and behold - I discovered the worst news ever. There is a forum on page one that asks if anyone has been killed or seriously injured in a roll over accident due to third party knock off parts. The bottom line on this is that the plastics are very different. The plastics used in Rhino parts are prone to break easily and from the looks on this forum they break often. This is something you do not seriously need. I for one have no intentions of ending up in the emergency unit this summer. I'm careful like that.
Think of what this can do to your summer. What if you do not have insurance? And even if you do have insurance do you want your rig flying on top of your rib cage? Heavens, what a scenario. This is the kind of stuff that can happen to you apparently if you buy garbage and put it into your ATV. I like taking risks but when I do you can bet it is when I jump over dirt mounds or race against my friends. I do not risk my body, and health by being thrown off my ATV while I am doing stunts.
Anyone with a Yamaha ATV should seriously look into this. After doing a little research here online I may have saved myself a serious doctors bill.
